My research interests are around relational pedagogy, the benefits of mentoring and effective, inclusive student support. My thesis was titled 'Assets, relationships and social capital: a case study review of youth mentoring'. I have published in the areas of youth mentoring, peer mentoring, virtual internships, and student facing dashboards showing my commitment to disseminating my research findings to a wide audience.
