Holtec Nuclear Corporation Announces Launch Of Initial Public Offering


(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) CAMDEN, N.J., Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Holtec Nuclear Corporation ("Holtec" or the "Company") today announced the launch of the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering (the "proposed offering") of 50,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The Company expects the initial public offering price to be between $15.00 and $18.00 per share. In addition, Holtec expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,500,000 shares of Class A common stock. Holtec intends to list its Class A common stock on The Nasdaq Global Select Stock Market and Nasdaq Texas, Inc. under the ticker symbol "HNUC."

J.P. Morgan, Guggenheim Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and BofA Securities are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the proposed offering. Morgan Stanley, Cantor, BMO Capital Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. are also acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
