VTC, RACA Open Registration For Fully Funded ELEVATE Training Program
Amman, Sept. 8 (Petra) -- The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC), in cooperation with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) and with support and funding from the Swiss Embassy in Jordan, announced Tuesday the opening of registration for a fully funded training scholarship under the ELEVATE program.
The program aims to provide young people with specialized vocational skills in culinary arts and hospitality and prepare them to enter the labor market.
According to a VTC statement, the scholarship covers three specialized training programs: fundamentals of culinary arts; fundamentals of bakery, confectionery and pastry production; and barista and hotel services. The programs will be offered at the VTC's training institutes in Jerash and Madaba, with practical training focused on providing participants with the skills and knowledge needed to work in the tourism and hospitality sector.
The ELEVATE program is intended to contribute to preparing qualified vocational workers who meet labor market needs and to provide young people with specialized training opportunities in one of the key sectors.
Upon completing the program, participants will receive a professional practice certificate accredited by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, supporting the value of the training and their opportunities to enter the labor market.
The VTC called on those interested in the scholarship to register and take the opportunity to gain specialized vocational skills through the registration link provided by the corporation.
