Intelligence Publishes Data On 155 Ruselectronics Enterprises Producing Components For Ballistic Missiles, Aircraft, Drones, And EW Systems

Data on 155 enterprises that are part of or managed by Ruselectronics, a holding company of Russia's state-owned Rostec corporation, have been published in the“Aggressor's Military-Industrial Complex” section of the War&Sanctions portal.

The holding company brings together enterprises and research organizations specializing in the development and production of electronic components and technologies, communications equipment and systems, automated control systems, robotic systems, microwave electronics, computer technology, and telecommunications equipment.

Their products are used in nearly the entire range of Russian weapons, including ballistic and cruise missiles, UAVs, electronic warfare systems, military equipment, and radar and communications systems for tactical, frontline, and strategic aviation.

Ruselectronics includes, among others, enterprises involved in the production of 9M723 missiles for the Iskander-M operational-tactical missile system and 3M22 Zircon hypersonic missiles:

JSC NII Girikond - a manufacturer of precision potentiometers for Zircon missiles;

JSC NITSEVT - a supplier of flight-data processing units for Iskander ballistic missiles;

JSC NPP Integral-V - a manufacturer of pulse and heating transformers used in 9M723 missiles.

The last of these enterprises is still not subject to sanctions imposed by any country in the sanctions coalition, as is almost half of all the holding company's enterprises currently listed.

However, the inclusion of Girikond and NITSEVT on the sanctions lists of most partner countries has had little impact on the overall production volumes of these missiles. This does not mean that sanctions are ineffective; rather, it primarily demonstrates the need to improve mechanisms for monitoring compliance with sanctions and strengthen liability for violations, the intelligence service noted.

Components, equipment, software, and critical raw materials must not reach intermediaries and buyers who cannot confirm that the final recipient of the products is an enterprise unrelated to Russia's military-industrial sector.

The HUR calls for tighter control over supply chains to prevent sanctions evasion and the transfer of critical technologies and materials to Russia.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, the Main Intelligence Directorate published data on 17 scientists and developers from Russian institutes and organizations involved in military and dual-use R&D.
