Women Shaping Wealth Summit 2026 to Convene Global Leaders, Investors and Changemakers in Riyadh
(MENAFN- PAZ Marketing Management) Riyadh to host more than 3,000 participants and 250+ speakers for two days focused on capital, investment, leadership and the growing economic influence of women
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September 2026:
PLAYBOOK, the global leadership and career development platform for women, is set to bring together an influential community of investors, founders, business leaders, policymakers and innovators for the Women Shaping Wealth Summit 2026, taking place in Riyadh on 28–29 September 2026.
Designed as a global platform where women, capital and innovation converge, the two-day summit will welcome more than 3,000 participants and 250+ speakers, creating a powerful meeting point for conversations around how wealth is being created, invested, influenced and redefined across the region and globally.
At a time when the Middle East is witnessing significant shifts in investment, entrepreneurship and women's economic participation, Women Shaping Wealth aims to move the conversation beyond traditional definitions of empowerment and towards something increasingly tangible: ownership, access to capital, investment participation, influence and economic decision-making.
The summit will feature three curated content tracks: Money in Motion, exploring finance, entrepreneurship and capital; Wealth in Wellbeing, examining the relationship between health, longevity, performance and economic value; and Power in Networks, focused on leadership, influence and policy.
Wafa Al Obaidat, Founder of PLAYBOOK, said: “For too long, conversations around women and wealth have focused on financial inclusion as an end goal. We believe the conversation has moved forward. Women today are founders, investors, executives, policymakers and decision-makers influencing where capital goes and what it builds. Women Shaping Wealth is about bringing those voices into one room and turning conversations into access, relationships and measurable opportunities. Riyadh is an incredibly relevant place for that conversation today, as Saudi Arabia and the wider region experience a remarkable transformation in entrepreneurship, investment and women's economic participation.”
The programme will bring together prominent regional and international voices, including HRH Ambassador Reema Bandar Al-Saud, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United States of America, who will deliver virtual opening remarks, alongside leading figures from investment, business, government, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Alongside its main-stage discussions, the summit will feature a Live Demo Day connecting female founders with investors, dedicated startup and founder showcases, curated speed networking, mentorship and peer sessions, and structured opportunities for investors, entrepreneurs and leaders to build meaningful relationships.
A dedicated Pledges for Progress platform will invite leaders and organisations to make measurable commitments, supported by follow-up after the summit. The event will also provide a stage for strategic partnerships and MOU signings, helping translate conversations into documented outcomes and long-term collaboration.
This focus on action reflects a wider evolution taking place across the GCC, where women are increasingly participating not simply in the workforce but across the full economic ecosystem — building businesses, deploying capital, joining boards, influencing policy and creating the networks that shape future industries.
For PLAYBOOK, the summit represents the next chapter in a journey that has already brought together women across the GCC through financial education, leadership programmes, networking and investment-focused experiences.
Al Obaidat added saying: “We don't want people to leave Riyadh simply feeling inspired. We want them to leave with a new investor connection, a business opportunity, a mentor, a partnership, a commitment or a clearer path towards building and deploying wealth. The real measure of the summit will be what happens because these people were brought together.”
With Riyadh rapidly strengthening its position as a regional centre for investment, entrepreneurship and innovation, the Women Shaping Wealth Summit 2026 aims to create a bridge between Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the wider GCC and a global community of leaders shaping the next generation of capital and opportunity.
