Kyiv Region Hit By Massive Russian Attack: Infrastructure Damaged, One Civilian Injured
“Unfortunately, there is one injured person in Bila Tserkva. The man suffered shrapnel wounds. Medics are providing him with all necessary assistance,” Tkachenko said.
He added that the attack damaged residential buildings, businesses, warehouses and vehicles.
Rescuers and emergency services are working at the affected sites.
“We are helping people, documenting the damage and dealing with the aftermath of the attack,” Tkachenko added.

As of the latest update, two people have been killed and seven injured in the capital.
