Kyiv To Restrict Mass Events At Venues Without Shelters
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said this in a Telegram post, according to Ukrinform.
"Due to the deteriorating security situation in the capital, all entertainment and sports and physical education events held in open areas and in facilities without shelters will be temporarily banned," Klitschko said.
