QSE Index Closes Higher
Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed 51.97 points higher on Monday, up by 0.53 percent, to settle at 9,785.73 points.
Trading volume reached 125,888,272 shares, with turnover totaling QAR 287,216,622.606 through 19,855 transactions across all sectors.
The shares of 20 companies adqavanced, whereas the shares of 27 others declined, while seven companies maintained their shares' previous closing prices unchanged.
Market capitalization rose to QAR 589,056,726,883.632 at the close, compared to QAR 585,627,462,615.304 in the previous session.
