Avaada Group, Haryana Sign Mou For Rs 10,000 Cr Zero-CBAM Green Industrial Campus In Hisar
The campus will be developed as a next-generation green industrial ecosystem powered by reliable, traceable and round-the-clock renewable energy.
It will support industries seeking to reduce carbon emissions and meet evolving global sustainability requirements, including the European Union's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
Haryana To Facilitate Green Industrial Park
Under the MoU, HEPC will facilitate the development of the campus as a state-supported Green Industrial Park.
The support will include assistance for industrial-park status, customised incentives, common infrastructure and expedited statutory approvals through Haryana's single-window mechanism.
Avaada Group and the Haryana government will jointly work to attract anchor investors, technology partners and industrial participants to the project.
The parties also plan to explore international investment roadshows in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Japan and South Korea.
Focus On Low-Carbon Manufacturing
Avaada Group Chairman Vineet Mittal said the campus will combine reliable renewable energy with industrial infrastructure designed to support low-carbon and CBAM-ready manufacturing.
He said the initiative could attract global investments and technology while supporting a new generation of green industrial development in Haryana.
The project aligns with Avaada Group's broader focus on clean energy, industrial decarbonisation and energy security, while supporting Haryana's efforts to attract investment and strengthen industrial infrastructure.
