Azizi Developments Maintains Top Spot in Dubai Real Estate Market for Fourth Consecutive Month

(MENAFN- Cicero and Bernay) Azizi Developments has retained the top position in Dubai’s real estate market for the fourth consecutive month, recording AED 1.9 billion in sales across 2,400 transactions in August 2026, according to official market performance data.
The August figures secure Azizi’s market leadership across both total sales value and transaction volume. The developer completed 2,400 unit sales during the month, quadrupling the volume of the nearest market peer and outpacing the combined transaction count of the next four developers. In total sales value, Azizi sits on top, leading the closest developer by AED 300 million.
This sustained four-month trajectory underscores the developer's execution-driven strategy, supported by in-house construction management and operational controls that accelerate build timelines across its master-planned portfolio.
Mr. Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Developments, said: “Holding the top position across volume and value for four consecutive months reflects the deepening maturity of Dubai’s real estate landscape. Today's global investors underwrite execution certainty and proven delivery. Our operational focus remains disciplined and predictable, ensuring construction progress across our master communities consistently fulfills market demand”
Azizi continues to advance its core development pipeline across key growth corridors, including Dubai South, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Azizi Developments’ Sales Gallery is located on the 13th floor of the Conrad Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road.
