He noted that there are currently no signs of Belarus preparing to enter the war against Ukraine, and that the level of military threat to Ukraine from the Belarusian direction is assessed as low.
“However, we are concerned that Belarus has allowed the deployment on its territory of radio-signal repeaters that guide Russian Shahed attack UAVs toward Ukrainian civilian targets and critical infrastructure. We also note the deployment in Belarus of units of the Russian Armed Forces' 101st Missile Brigade, which is equipped with the Oreshnik intermediate-range missile system,” Ivashchenko said.
According to Ivashchenko, if Belarus did not grant such permission, this indicates that Minsk no longer controls Russia's activities on its own territory.

As Ukrinform reports, a new training ground with railway infrastructure is being built in Belarus's Gomel region, near the border with Ukraine, to enable the mass and rapid unloading of heavy equipment directly from railway cars.
