Estonia's Foreign Minister: State Duma Elections Are Kremlin-Controlled Performance

According to him, that is not an election, but a Kremlin-controlled performance.

Earlier reports said that the Kremlin plans to massively rig the State Duma elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, setting voter turnout at more than 65-70% and securing at least 70% support for the United Russia party.
