Al-Hussein Bin Talal University, Venturex Partner To Boost Student Entrepreneurship
Amman, Sept. 6 (Petra) - VentureX, an integrated venture development firm, on Sunday signed a partnership agreement with Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (AHU) to bridge the gap between academia and the job market.
Under the agreement, VentureX will provide hands-on training for students, faculty, and the university startup center staff.
The initiative will also host innovation hackathons, pitch events, and AI workshops and provide technical consulting and feasibility studies.
As for its role, the firm will open its "VentureX Ambassadors" program across Jordan and Egypt to students and launch an "Entrepreneurship Clinic" to offer investment advice and connect startups with funding networks.
This partnership supports VentureX's strategy to expand into higher education sector, ahead of launching a new phase of programs in Jordan and Egypt in the coming weeks.
University President Ateef Kharabsheh and VentureX Innovation Lead Farah Nahhas attended the signing ceremony.
