Oil Refinery On Fire In Ryazan CCD
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, published a photo of the fire on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Ryazan, the oil refinery is ablaze," Kovalenko wrote.
