“We will have a full intelligence assessment sometime after 17:00, but we already have reports of specific combat engagements and specific attacks by assault groups,” Tregubov said.
He noted that when a Russian assault group advances toward Ukrainian positions, Ukrainian forces open fire.
“As far as I know, such groups were already operating in the morning. They were advancing in our area of responsibility. But obviously, if they were attacking, they had been given orders to do so. That means they had received orders to carry out offensive actions,” the spokesperson added.
