Government Adopts New Measure To Support Farmers Amid Russian Terror In Black Sea Region
"Enemy attacks on civilian vessels and port infrastructure have forced our exporters to reroute their shipping routes. This has complicated logistics and extended delivery times. Therefore, we are changing the rules governing the deadlines for settlements under export contracts for certain agricultural products – wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil and sunflower meal," Koretskyi said.

"This will give producers and exporters more time to fulfill contracts amid complicated logistics, help preserve exports and foreign currency revenues for the state, and ensure resources for the upcoming sowing campaign," Koretskyi said.
As reported, Ukraine has reached an agreement with international partners to allocate approximately $10.5 million to agricultural producers in frontline regions to help organize temporary crop storage.
