US Probe Airstrike On Wedding In Iran
Iranian officials said on Wednesday that the United States carried out an airstrike on a wedding ceremony in the area near Sirik.
According to the latest figures released by Iranian officials, five people, including a 22-year-old woman, were killed and nearly 70 others were injured in the attack.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported that Vance said during a press briefing at the White House on Thursday that the United States was investigating the incident because it wanted to determine exactly what had happened.
He added that if US military forces had made a mistake, the United States would learn from it and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
