Now Collect Your Passport On Saturdays Too
According to a notification issued by the Passport Department, passport delivery counters will remain open every Saturday from 8am to 4pm. The weekly Saturday delivery facility will continue for two months.

The notification said citizens will be able to collect their ready passports on Saturdays as well. However, passports that remain uncollected for more than six months will be destroyed under government policy.
