Cabinet Appoints Ivan Fedorov As Head Of Ukraine's Restoration Agency


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk announced this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"Serhii Ivanovych Sukhomlyn has been dismissed from the position of head of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine," Melnychuk wrote.

He added that, under the government's decision, Zaporizhzhia Regional Governor Ivan Fedorov would become the agency's new chief. The Cabinet also approved Fedorov's dismissal as head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

In addition, the government dismissed Mykola Boiko as first deputy head of the Restoration Agency.

Anna Sdobnova was dismissed as deputy head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance responsible for digital development, digital transformation and digitalization.

President Volodymyr Zelensky earlier proposed that Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov lead the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine. Fedorov had headed the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration since February 2024.

Sukhomlyn submitted his resignation at his own request on July 29, 2026. He had headed the agency since September 2024.
