Russian Attack Strikes Nine-Story Building In Kyiv's Holosiivskyi District, Causing Fire
“In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out on the fourth through ninth floors of a 9-story residential building after it was struck,” Klitschko said.
Emergency services are heading to the scene.
