Around CHF94 million are being invested in the new plant in Ituiutaba, in the state of Minas Gerais, Nestlé announced on Thursday. Production is set to begin in the second quarter of 2028 and will supply both the Brazilian market and export markets. Around 100 new jobs are expected to be created.

In addition, Nestlé is investing in its existing plant for nutrition and health products in Araçatuba.
