How Pearl Club Works

. Join in the app. Customers enroll through the Pearl Club section of the Rafeeq app and begin their membership at the Bronze tier.

. Collect Pearls. Eligible orders and selected in-app activities add Pearls to the member's balance.

. Progress through five tiers. Pearl balances move members up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, creating a visible journey with richer benefits at each level.

. Unlock benefits. Members see exactly which rewards their tier gives them and redeem them directly in the app.

. Track everything in one place. The app shows tier progress alongside available, incoming and expiring Pearl balances.

What Members Unlock at Each Tier

Pearl Club is cumulative. Every tier carries forward the full set of benefits from the tiers below it and adds new rewards on top, so members never lose access to a benefit as they progress.

Bronze - where every membership begins. All new members join at Bronze and immediately benefit from free delivery calculation on eligible orders, together with access to discount vouchers. The value of membership begins with the first order rather than after a qualifying period.

Silver - where earning begins to compound. Silver members keep everything Bronze offers and begin earning on what they already spend. Cashback calculation applies to eligible orders across Rafeeq's services, while airline miles are earned through the Avios calculation turning routine ordering into steady progress toward travel.

Gold - convenience built around everyday use.
