Doha, Qatar: The State of Qatar strongly condemns the renewed attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against the State of Kuwait, considering them a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a blatant breach of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the principles of good neighborliness.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that the continuation of these attacks represents a dangerous escalation that would complicate efforts to contain tensions and undermine political and diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving security and stability in the region. The Ministry holds the Islamic Republic of Iran legally responsible for these attacks and their repercussions and consequences.

The Ministry also reiterates the State of Qatar's full solidarity with the State of Kuwait, and its support for all measures it takes to safeguard its sovereignty and security.

The Ministry stresses the need for an immediate and comprehensive cessation of all military operations and attacks that threaten the security and stability of the region, refraining from any actions that could further expand the cycle of escalation, returning to the path of dialogue and negotiations, and adhering to the understandings reached through diplomatic efforts.
