Transparency Declaration Notification

In accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Belgian Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies, Ontex Group NV (“Ontex”) discloses the notifications of significant shareholding by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

On August 31, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 25, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 378,740 Ontex voting rights and 2,592,208 equivalent financial instruments or 2,970,948 combined, representing respectively 0.46%, 3.15 % and 3.61% of Ontex's issued shares. The number of equivalent financial instruments and the combined holding thereby crossed upward the threshold of 3%.

On September 1, 2026, Ontex received a transparency declaration confirming that, on August 27, 2026, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., detained 153,363 Ontex voting rights and 2,349,159 equivalent financial instruments or 2,502,522 combined, representing respectively 0.19%, 2.85% and 3.04% of Ontex's issued shares. The number of equivalent financial instruments thereby crossed downward the threshold of 3%
