Kinect is designed as the connective layer that brings case data, imaging, communications, and surgeon preferences into one system so that every stage, from pre-planning through recovery, is informed by the same unified data. By capturing a complete, structured record of each patient's end-to-end surgical experience in one place, Kinect creates the data foundation needed to train and deploy AI models that aid biomedical engineers leading the surgical planning process.

Existing segmentation and planning tools were built to solve isolated tasks. Kinect was developed by Kinomatic from the ground up as a modern, AI-ready platform, purpose-built to connect the entire episode of care and generate the datasets that AI models require to learn.
