Punjab & Sind Bank Leadership Connects With NRI Community And Retired Employees At Brampton Meet

New Delhi, September 3, 2026: Punjab & Sind Bank organised an NRI Customer Meet in Brampton, Canada, in association with the PSB Seniors Club Association, Canada, bringing together the NRI community and retired employees of the Bank to strengthen engagement and understand their requirements.
The meet was attended by more than 100 NRI's, including over 50 retired employees of Punjab & Sind Bank associated with the PSB Seniors Club Association, Canada.
MD & CEO, Shri Swarup Kumar Saha & General Manager, Shri Chaman Lal Shienhmar, interacted with the participants. Shri Harcharan Singh, President, PSB Seniors Club Association, Canada, along with Shri Gian Paul, Vice President, and Shri Sukhdev Bedi, Director welcomed the visiting executives.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Swarup Kumar Saha, MD & CEO, spoke about the Bank's development, modernisation and focus on strengthening customer service. He highlighted the importance of maintaining strong relationships with the NRI community and understanding the evolving banking needs of Indians residing overseas.
Shri Saha also acknowledged the contribution of retired employees in building the Bank over the years and emphasised the importance of maintaining their bond and sense of belonging with Punjab & Sind Bank. He appreciated the role of the PSB Seniors Club Association, Canada, in keeping former employees connected with the Bank.
During the meet, the PSB Seniors Club Association, Canada, submitted a memorandum highlighting banking and service-related concerns faced by retired employees residing in Canada. The Bank's senior leadership assured the Association that the issues raised would be examined for appropriate resolution.
Concluding the interaction, Shri Swarup Kumar Saha thanked the PSB Seniors Club Association, its office-bearers, retired employees and members of the NRI community for their warm reception and participation.
