Gov't Launches Digital Spokesperson Service 'Farah'
AMMAN - Minister of Government Communication and Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani on Thursday announced the launch of a digital spokesperson service named“Farah”.
Momani said that the new e-service is part of digital government communication tools.
In a post on his official account on X platform, Momani said that launching the service aligns with the government efforts to employ digital technology and artificial intelligence tools in communication.
He added that the technology aims to explain government decisions and policies, provide accurate information to citizens and interested parties, and strengthen digital government communication mechanisms.
