Palestinian Prime Minister Visits Jordan Field Hospital In Nablus
Mustafa expressed appreciation for Jordan's steadfast stance under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah in supporting the Palestinian people and advocating for their rights in international forums, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
He praised the dedicated efforts of the Jordanian medical teams in treating patients and providing healthcare services, according to a statement from the JAF.
Since commencing its duties in 2023, the hospital has provided continuous medical services 24 hours a day, benefiting approximately 363,520 patients and performing 3,177 major and minor surgeries, Petra said.
It continues to offer emergency, radiology, laboratory, and nursing care within an integrated medical system.
The prime minister was briefed by the hospital's force commander on its humanitarian duties, medical capabilities, and staff operations.
Mustafa toured various hospital departments to review the workflow and service delivery, reiterating praise for the medical personnel's humanitarian mission.
The Palestinian prime minister was received by the Jordanian ambassador to Palestine, along with the hospital's force commander and hospital director.
