Russian Attacks Cause New Power Outages In Five Regions, Ukrenergo Says
“As a result of drone strikes on energy facilities, as well as artillery shelling in frontline regions, power outages are currently affecting the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Power utility workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all affected consumers," the statement reads.
In the Odesa region, utility workers restored power to all customers following the previous day's attack; however, grid restrictions are temporarily in place to prevent overloading of damaged equipment.
As of 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, electricity consumption is at the same level as the previous day.

As previously reported, no power outage schedules are expected in Ukraine on September 3.
