SINGAPORE - Upcycle Communications has expanded its Southeast Asian footprint with new hires in Kuala Lumpur and Manila, alongside a series of client wins and a renewed regional remit with Tourism New Zealand.
The Singapore-headquartered luxury and hospitality PR agency has grown to a 14-person team, with its new hires expanding its on-the-ground presence across Southeast Asia.
Upcycle has also renewed its partnership with Tourism New Zealand for FY27 after first winning the business through a competitive pitch in 2025. The agency leads strategic communications as well as earned and paid media and influencer campaigns across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.
The agency has added three new clients to its portfolio: Hong Kong interior architecture and design studio Deboss Collective; Singapore-based B.P. de Silva Jewellers; and Altum Pilates.
“We have continued to grow from strength to strength, ensuring meaningful growth is about more than scale,” said Upcycle founder and managing director Jennifer Dembitz.“We prioritise the people we choose to partner with and the quality of ideas we can create together.”
Dembitz added that the agency saw an opportunity to continue evolving how communications, content and community could create relevance and value for brands.
Upcycle's existing client roster includes Hilton's luxury brands, andBeyond, Pernod Ricard's Royal Salute, TUMI, PAÑPURI, Heveya and The RuMa, spanning luxury hospitality and tourism, beauty, lifestyle, bars and restaurants.
Alongside its regional expansion, Upcycle has refreshed its brand identity and launched a new website as it evolves its communications, content and community offering.
The independent agency specialises in communications and cultural intelligence for luxury brands and is headquartered in Singapore, with teams in Kuala Lumpur and Manila.
