"Achieving an investment grade rating is a significant milestone for EFSIM and a reflection of the strength of our business model, the quality of our client portfolio, and the dedication of our people. Over the years, we have built a resilient platform focused on operational excellence, disciplined growth, and long-term value creation. Today, EFSIM has a project backlog exceeding SAR 2.7 billion, providing strong visibility into future earnings and cash flows. Saudi Arabia's facilities management sector continues to evolve rapidly as organizations increasingly recognize the strategic importance of preserving and enhancing the value of their assets”.
With strong market fundamentals, a growing backlog, and a disciplined approach to growth, EFSIM is well-positioned to capitalize on the expanding opportunities within Saudi Arabia's facilities management sector while continuing to deliver value to clients, employees, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
