Iran Reports Fresh Attacks On US Bases In UAE, Bahrain, Jordan
Iran's state-run IRNA news agency reported today, citing the Iranian Army, that dozens of drones targeted radar systems and positions of US forces at the Al Dhafra and Al Minhad air bases in the UAE.
The Iranian Army also said radar facilities and US military positions at Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain had been targeted by drones, according to IRNA.
The IRGC said the attacks were carried out in response to recent US strikes on Iranian territory.
Meanwhile, IRNA, citing the IRGC's public relations office, reported that the IRGC Aerospace Force used ballistic missiles to target hangars housing US RQ-4 and MQ-9 drones at Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan.
The IRGC claimed that several drones were destroyed in the attack and that a number of pilots and technical personnel were killed.
Al Jazeera, citing a US official, reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' claim that several US personnel were killed in Iranian attacks is false.
