GCC Meeting Discusses Strengthening Judicial Cooperation Among Ministries Of Justice
Doha, Qatar: The State of Qatar participated in the 28th meeting of Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries of the Ministries of Justice in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held virtually on Wednesday.
The State of Qatar's delegation was led by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, H E Saeed bin Abdullah Al Suwaidi.
The meeting addressed several topics related to strengthening joint judicial, legal, and legislative cooperation among the GCC Ministries of Justice.
The meeting was also briefed on a report on the meetings of the Committee of Officials of the Departments of International Cooperation and International Relations at the Ministries of Justice in the GCC countries for 2026, as well as the General Secretariat's memorandum regarding the meeting of the Committee of Directors and Heads of Legal and Judicial Training Centres and Institutes in the GCC countries for the same year.
Appropriate decisions were taken in their regard, contributing to supporting the progress of joint Gulf action, enhancing integration, and promoting the exchange of expertise between the Ministries of Justice of the GCC countries.
