The Company has applied for the admission of 8,970,985 shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares are being issued under the Company's long-term incentive plan and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. No shares are held in treasury.
