Hepsor's Public Offering Of Bonds Ends This Friday
As part of the offering, Hepsor is offering retail and institutional investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania bonds with with a total nominal value of up to 3 million euros, with the option to increase the offering size to up to 5 million euros.
The bonds carry a fixed interest rate of 9.50% per annum, with interest payments made quarterly, and have a nominal value of 1,000 euros per bond. The maturity date of the bonds is 11 September 2029.
To subscribe for the bonds, the investor must have a securities account with the account operator of the Nasdaq CSD SE Estonian branch or with a financial institution that is a member of the Nasdaq Riga or Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange. To submit a subscription order, investors should contact their account operator or the relevant financial institution.
The results of the offering will be announced on or about 7 September 2026.
