784 Civilians Remain In Kostiantynivka Community


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) This figure was cited during an online briefing at the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

“There are 784 people in the territory of the Kostiantynivka City Territorial Community,” said Yuliia Ryzhakova, head of the regional administration's Department for Children's Affairs.

She clarified that there have been no children in this territorial community for a very long time.

According to Dmytro Pozharskyi, head of the Department for Citizens with Special Needs, the Ukrainian military is helping residents evacuate as much as possible.

“Our military is evacuating as many people as possible from those cities when neither the police nor rescuers from the State Emergency Service can reach them. Whenever possible, the military evacuates people; it's a small number, but such cases do occur,” Pozharskyi noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, as of June 25, there were 1,300 civilians registered in Kostiantynivka.
