C-IV Capital Partners Completes Acquisition Of Greystone's Special Servicing Business

(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) DALLAS and NEW YORK, Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greystone Servicing Company LLC (“Greystone”) and C-IV Asset Management LLC (“C-IV”) today announced the completion of C-IV's acquisition of Greystone's commercial real estate loan special servicing business. The transaction closed on September 1, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
