Arab League Blasts Iranian Attacks On Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait
Cairo, Sept. 2 (Petra) - The Arab League slammed the renewed wave of Iranian attacks targeting Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, warning that the escalation constitutes a "grave violation" of state sovereignty and threatens regional stability.
The pan-Arab organization stated that military escalation risks triggering a wider regional conflict, undermining de-escalation efforts, and disrupting political solutions to the crisis.
Pledging its solidarity, the league backed the targeted nations' international right to defend their sovereignty and territory against external threats.
The Arab League called for an immediate halt to attacks and stated that political dialogue and negotiations remain the "only viable path" to restoring sustainable security in the region.
