Brewster Heights Orchard & Packing And Heritage Orchard Alliance Transaction Advances Following Agreement With Major Creditor

(MENAFN- GlobeNewsWire - Nasdaq) BREWSTER, Wash., Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brewster Heights Orchard & Packing (BHPO) and Heritage Orchard Alliance (HOA) have announced an important milestone in BHPO's Chapter 11 restructuring process following the resolution of a key prerequisite to the stalking horse transaction with HOA, the acquisition entity. HOA and The Prudential Insurance Company of America (Prudential), a major BHPO creditor, have reached an agreement, clearing the way for the transaction to advance.
