Russians Attack Odesa: Infrastructure, Homes Damaged, Child Among Injured


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Serhii Lysak, Head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Odesa is under enemy attack. Infrastructure has been damaged,” he wrote.

According to preliminary information, residential buildings were also damaged, Lysak added.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a threat of ballistic weapons being launched from the south.

The military also detected launches of guided aerial bombs and Banderol loitering munitions toward Odesa.

Some time later, Lysak reported:“Preliminarily, three people were injured as a result of the enemy attack on the city. One of them is a child.”

As Ukrinform reported, seven civilians were injured in a massive Russian attack on Odesa and the surrounding region overnight on September 1.
