UAE Opens Market To Brazilian Pet Food
Namibia has authorized imports of chicken offal, while Sabah has approved imports of frozen poultry meat.
According to data from Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry, Foreign Trade and Services, compiled by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC ), exports to the UAE totaled USD 1.9 billion through July, up 2.6% from the same period last year. Imports rose 176.5% to USD 522.9 million.
Frozen chicken, gold in unwrought or powdered form, and sugar have been Brazil's main exports to the UAE this year. Refined petroleum is the main product imported from the UAE.
