On behalf of the United States of America, I extend my warmest congratulations to the Government and people of Vietnam as you celebrate your 81st National Day on September 2.

The United States values its flourishing partnership with Vietnam, particularly the progress achieved under our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and our shared commitment to peace and stability across the Indo-Pacific region.
