Alm. Brand A/S - ISIN: DK0030487806 Call Notice To The Noteholders Of Alm. Brand A/S DKK Floating Rate Subordinated Callable Tier 2 Capital Notes (The“Notes”)
Reference is made to the terms and conditions for the Notes dated 12 October 2021 (the " Terms and Conditions "). Capitalised but not defined terms herein shall have the meaning as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
With reference to Condition 9.6 in the Terms and Conditions, Alm. Brand A/S (" Issuer ") hereby gives irrevocable notice to all Noteholders, of the Issuer's decision to exercise the option to redeem all of the outstanding Notes on the Interest Payment Date falling on or nearest to 14 October 2026 (the“ Redemption Date”) at their Outstanding Principal Amount, together with any accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the Redemption Date.
The redemption of the Notes as aforesaid will be effected in accordance with and subject to the Conditions of the Notes.
