PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Optivate, an all-in-one AI-powered platform built exclusively for ophthalmology and optometry practices, today announced the launch of AI Scribe Pro, completing the rollout of its AI Documentation suite.
The suite gives practices three levels of AI-powered documentation support, all built directly into the Optivate EMR workflow:
- AI Dictation - converts spoken words directly into supported EMR fields, reducing typing during documentation. AI Scribe Core - captures the visit conversation and generates an editable narrative note for provider review and finalization. AI Scribe Pro - adds structured documentation, diagnosis-specific assessments and plans, and coding support for deeper clinical workflow automation.
All three tiers keep providers in control: AI-generated documentation is reviewed, edited, and approved by the provider before it becomes part of the patient record.
