Visegrad Four Foreign Ministers To Meet For First Time Since 2024
Poland will be represented at the meeting by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski.
Japanese Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi will also take part in the talks.
Slovakia is hosting the event after assuming the one-year rotating presidency of the V4 in July.
As reported, the Visegrad Group, comprising Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, was established in 1991 to promote regional cooperation and coordinate European integration efforts.

The most recent meeting of the V4 foreign ministers was held in March 2024. Since then, the group's activities at the ministerial level have been significantly hampered by differences among the member states' governments, particularly over Russia's aggression against Ukraine and EU policy.
