In return, Apotex will receive RedHill's 70% interest in Talicia, following Apotex's prior acquisition of Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s U.S. branded business, which included Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s 30% ownership in Talicia.
