Profile Articles

I am a physicist working at the interface of soft condensed matter, non-equilibrium statistical mechanics, active matter, and the physics of living systems. I received my Ph.D. from IIT Madras and am currently a Research Associate at the BioFrontiers Institute, University of Colorado Boulder. My research combines theory, computational modelling, and close collaboration with experiments to understand emergent phenomena in active and biological systems. My work has resulted in publications in leading journals, including two Physical Review Letters and Physical Review X. I am particularly interested in active filamentous matter, topological interactions, collective behaviour, and complex living systems.
