Ignitis Group Receives Baa1 Credit Rating From Moody's
The assignment of the Baa1 rating marks the successful completion of the Group's inaugural rating process with Moody's. The Moody's rating complements the Group's existing BBB+ credit rating with a stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings, which was reaffirmed following the agency's annual review on 28 July 2026 (link ).
The two investment-grade credit ratings further strengthen the Group's financing strategy, enhancing funding flexibility, supporting diversified access to capital and reinforcing its ability to efficiently finance long-term investment programme.
The Group remains committed to maintaining a solid investment-grade credit rating over the 2026–2029 period (link ).
