Heritage Property Management Hosts Annual Charity Event In Georgia
The tailgate-style fundraiser brought together Heritage Property Management team members, vendor partners and supporters for an afternoon of friendly competition, food, raffles, giveaways and community connection. Proceeds from team sign-ups, vendor booth sales and day-of donations supported Associa Cares' mission to help families and communities recover from natural and man-made disasters.
The event, which featured a 4-on-4, bracket-style cornhole tournament, with trophies and medals awarded to the top three teams, raised more than $14,000.
“We are proud to bring our team, vendor partners and community together for a meaningful cause,” said Gavin Cobb, branch president of Heritage Property Management.“The second year of this event showed the generosity and spirit of our Heritage community, and every contribution helps Associa Cares provide critical support to families and communities facing hardship.”
Associa Cares provides direct financial relief to families and communities impacted by crises. Funds donated by caring businesses and individuals are used to provide humanitarian aid, often in the form of financial grants, to help those in need recover after disasters.
“Events like Heritage Cornhole for a Cause demonstrate the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together,” said Danika Knoop, executive director of Associa Cares.“We are grateful to Heritage Property Management, its vendor partners and everyone who contributed to this year's event in support of our mission.”
