AMMAN, Aug. 31 (Petra) The King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) and Zain Jordan signed a cooperation agreement on Monday to launch a joint program supporting entrepreneurship and startups, combining the fund's development expertise with the telecom operator's flagship "Zain Al Mobadara" platform.

According to a company statement issued Monday, the agreement was signed by KAFD Director General Dr. Samer Al-Mufleh and Zain Jordan CEO Fahad Al-Jassim.

The partnership aims to strengthen Jordan's entrepreneurial ecosystem by aligning institutional and private sector efforts to provide a supportive environment for youth, helping them transform innovative ideas into scalable, sustainable business ventures.

The collaborative framework integrates KAFD's nationwide youth empowerment initiatives with Zain's extensive experience in running startup incubation programs, connecting founders with industry experts, mentors, and investors.

The upgraded edition of the "Zain Al Mobadara" program targets aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage startups, guiding them from the ideation phase through to robust business modeling, market readiness, and investment expansion.

Participants will gain access to an integrated ecosystem encompassing funding, mentorship, networking opportunities, and market linkages. The initiative aligns with Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision, which places youth-led innovation at the center of sustainable economic growth, job creation, and market competitiveness.
